Our Journey Since 2005

We are an Ontario-based culinary travel agency built on a simple love for fine wine and decadent food. Our story started in 2005 when we led a small group of eight women to Southwest France. We quickly realized that our real passion was sharing the excitement of Europe with others.

Since that first trip, we have expanded our organized food tours from France into Italy, Portugal, and Ireland. By the end of 2025, we will have marched into the Spanish Basque country. We aren’t just selling trips; we are sharing twenty years of lived experience in the world’s best kitchens.

Meet Your Host: Wyatt Morrison

  • From a Family Move to the Heart of France Hi, I’m Wyatt Morrison. My journey into culinary travel really began in 2022 when I moved my family to the South of France. Living among the local markets and vineyards, it hit me that food and drink are the true heartbeat of a place. It’s how we understand the history, the culture, and—most importantly—the people.
  • Learning from the Best I was incredibly lucky to meet Nancy Evans, who has been leading European culinary tours since 2005. Working closely with Nancy has allowed me to transition from an admirer of the French lifestyle to a curator of these experiences. Since my first tour in 2024, she has helped me build on the wonderful foundation she spent decades establishing. Nancy remains an integral part of our journey at CTT as we grow our team of hosts and explore new destinations.
