She’s worked in commercial kitchens, she’s worked in hotel restaurants, and she’s done private Chef work for families. To reach an even wider audience, she is a regular guest on lifestyle programs like Breakfast Television, where she shares her passion for heritage cooking—such as the traditional Southern Italian recipes featured in her cookbook, Per La Famiglia.”
You can find Emily teaching hands-on classes across Ontario when she’s not working on recipe development for any number of agencies ranging from Ontario Pork, to Canada Beef, or the Egg farmers of Canada. Emily continues to get an immense amount of pleasure out of building the confidence of the everyday home cook, and empowering people to get back in the kitchen!
