Who is Chefs’ Table Tours?

We are an Ontario-based, boutique travel operator. We lead intimate, small group, culinary focused travel tours across Europe, and have been doing so for over 20 years. Under a few different banners, we have been on this journey since 2005, when we organized and facilitated the first group of 8 women in travelling to Maison Beaufort, in the southwest of France. We quickly recognized how much we enjoyed being able to share our excitement and love of Europe, fine wine, and decadent food. The tours expanded outside of the Minervois region of France to Provençe, and to the Loire Valley. We grew it beyond the French borders into Italy, and from Italy to Portugal. Just last year, CTT expanded into Ireland to resounding applause, and in 2025 we’re marching into the Spanish Basque country! So… we’ve expanded…and we’re expanding some more…and we’re excited!

What do we do at CTT that makes us so special?

We are your wingman. We plan and execute a platinum grade, food centric travel tour on your behalf. We hold your hand when you need it, and we step back to let you spread your creative wings when you’re ready. And then we give you all the credit. Our ideal co-host has an established reputation, and/or a following in their community, with a desire to be in the spotlight, to be adventurous, and a yearning to stand out in the crowd. Ideally we want to establish relationships with our co-hosts that see us travelling together for a couple of weeks a year, for many years to come. Due to the geographical regions in which we currently operate, our tours are typically offered in the spring (April – June), and again in the fall (end of August – October.)
